My Philosophy

The whole process of building a team, organizing and running quality practices, managing and motivating your players, implementation of a sound game plan, and the actual bench coaching during the game, truly energizes me and the team. To me, basketball coaching and working with young players is such a noble and honorable task for anyone to undertake. But it must be done right.

“I just love coaching basketball”. Very few things in life give me as much joy and satisfaction as working with young players and going into the gym and trying to build a championship caliber team. -- Danny Tan
